Rochester, Mn:

The 2016-17 Minnesota College Athletic Conference concluded recently with the completion of the NJCAA Region XIIIA and Region XIIIB tournaments, conducted at Anoka-Ramsey Community College in Coon Rapids and Northland Community and Technical College in Thief River Falls.   The MCAC coaches voted on the top performers in the league from '16-17 campaign, with those selected garnering First Team, Second Team or Honorable Mention honors.  

All voting was conducted by the MCAC head coaches and all awards are given within the respective North and South Divisions.   The All-Division teams for 2016-17 are:
