Pioneers, Cavaliers Open Up Championship Play Today

Winona, MN-

The 2019-20 NJCAA Division III Women's Basketball Championship is being held this week in Rockford, Illinois, and two teams from the Minnesota College Athletic Conference compete today, Thursday March 12.

The #4 seed Northland Community & Technical College will begin play at 2pm today at host Rock Valley College and will take on #5 seed North Country CCWestern Technical College is the #6 seed and will face #3 Hostos, also on campus at RVC. Tipoff is scheduled for 5pm between Western Technical and Hostos.

#4 Northland Community & Technical College vs. #5 North Country, Thursday, March 12 at 2pm

#6 Western Technical College vs. #3 Hostos, Thursday, March 12 at 5pm

Tickets & Admissions at Rock Valley College, Rockford, IL

Tickets will be sold at the door.

Tournament passes good for all three days are $25 for adults and $15 for students.

Day passes good for all games on a single day are $10 for adults and $6 for students.
