Callahan, Klaphake named '16 NJCAA All Americans

Freshman Outfielder Chloe Callahan was named a First Team All American by the NJCAA.  Callahan, a Maple Lake, MN native, hit. 487 for the Cyclones driving in 63 and scoring 69 runs helping the Cyclones lead the nation in runs scored during the 2016 campaign (500 runs in 50 games).  Callahan was third in Division III for batting average, 6th in Runs Batted in, and 3rd in runs scored.  

 

Sophomore Kassidy Klaphake was named a Second Team All American by the NJCAA.  Klaphake, a Cold Spring, MN (ROCORI) native, led the way for the Cyclones in the pitching circle.  She finished her sophomore season 17-5.  She struck out 119 and had an impressive 1.67 ERA allowing 31 earned runs in 130 innings. Kassidy finished 4th in country in ERA and was 6th in wins.
