With favorable conditions settling in over much of Minnesota, MCAC softball student-athletes have had a chance to take the field, and a Golden Ram been named the Southern Division Player of the Week within the Minnesota College Athletic Conference.
Ashton Prachar (Rush City, Mn) a freshman infielder at Anoka-Ramsey Community College has earned the Player-of-the Week honor for March 20-27th. Prachar hit an astounding .765 for the week, going 13-17 from the plate and scoring 10 runs for the Golden Rams. She also drove in 16 runs, collected 3 doubles and stole a base. Prachar and ARCC will take on M-State Fergus Falls, Riverland and Central Lakes in upcoming action this week.
