RCTC, Northland Remain in Top Ten Poll

Rochester, Mn-

Northland Community & Technical College and Rochester Community & Technical College both remained in the NJCAA Top Ten poll for the week ending December 10. 

Coach Shannon Nelson and her team sit at 7-2 overall and claimed wins over Ridgewater College and Minnesota West CTC on the weekend to push their unbeaten streak to four games. Northland was selected 4th by the NJCAA committee in the weekly poll.  The Pioneers will next face M State on December 12, which will be their last action of 2017.

Rochester CTC and coach Steve Hucke are 7-1 so far this winter and have won their last two contests. The Yellowjackets - sitting 6th in the national rankings - will face Vermilion Community College and Bismarck State at a tournament in Anoka-Ramsey to close out the month of December.
