Three women's basketball programs from the Minnesota College Athletic Conference have been named in the 2018-19 NJCAA Preseason poll.

Northland Community & Technical College sits the highest of the MCAC teams, coming at No. 4 to start the season.  Rochester Community & Technical College is rated No. 7 and Minnesota West CTC is slotted at No. 9
