She also had 76 blocked shots to lead the MCAC in that category and finish 10th overall in blocks in NJCAA Division III women's basketball.  Heggie led the Pioneers to a two-way tie for first place in the MCAC Northern Division with rival Hibbing Community College during the 2018-19 regular season.  The Cardinals ended the Northland campaign in the Region XIIIB championship game, 67-62 in a contest played at Hibbing.
