The 2019 volleyball campaign is in full swing in the Minnesota College Athletic Conference and the Week Four MCAC Athletes-of-the-Week have been named. 

Adidas, the United States Marine Corps and Nicklasson Athletic Company sponsor the MCAC Athlete-of-the-Week awards, and proudly honor the following student-athletes for their performances this past week on behalf of their teams.

The Performance: 

Sydney Hovland had a solid week with a total of 89 assists, 34 digs and 14 kills... the sophomore from Underwood, Minnesota was in the double digits for both assists and digs in every Spartan match last week.. Hovland had a high of 37 assists against SCTCC and 14 digs against Western Tech

The Performance:

Sydney Berg helped Central Lakes to a 3-0 week, competing in 7 sets; the Little Falls, Minnesota sophomore had 20 kills and only 2 errors in 52 attempts good for a .346 %... she also had 12 digs for the Raiders

The Performance: 

Amanda Ritchie led ARCC to the first win for new coach Brandon Bader... the Sophomore from Oak Grove made several timely plays down the stretch for the Golden Rams...collected 12 digs as a libero

The Performance:

The sophomore setter led RCTC to wins over three MCAC opponents, including nationally ranked MnWest and M State-Fergus Falls... McCeady's totals for the week included four ace serves and 130 set assists... the unbeaten Yellowjackets are #1 in the NJCAA Division III volleyball
