All five wrestling programs from across the Minnesota College Athletic Conference traveled to Grand Rapids, Minnesota on Sunday, February 23 for the 2019-20 NJCAA North District Wrestling Tournament held at Itasca Community College.
The top individual performances listed below have earned the opportunity to advance to the 2019-20 NJCAA Wrestling National Championships held March 6-7 at the Mid-America Center in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

MCAC frontrunner Rochester Community & Technical College won the overall team event, with Northland Community & Technical College claiming runner-up honors. Itasca finished third, followed by Minnesota West CTC and Ridgewater College.

RCTC also claimed the MCAC Dual Championships earlier this season in Rochester; the Yellowjackets clocked in at 4-0 on the day, followed by Northland CTC (3-1), Itasca Community College (2-2), Minnesota West CTC (1-3) and Ridgewater College (0-4).
