MCAC Soccer Athletes of the Week: Week of September 16-22

Rochester, MN-

The Minnesota College Athletic Conference (MCAC) has released its weekly soccer awards for the week of September 16-22. 

There were no nominations for the Women's Soccer Athlete of the Week awards.

Minnesota West Community and Technical College swept the men's awards this week. Goalkeeper Eli Robinson earned the Men's Soccer Goalkeeper-of-the-Week honor with his ten saves in 12 shots on goal. Robinson surrendered two goals in 180 minutes in goal to help secure two key wins for the Bluejays. Defender Robin Braun was named the Defensive Field Athlete-of-the-Week honoree. Braun played all 180 minutes and limited opponents to only one goal per game. Prince Lebbi, forward for the Bluejays, earned the Offensive Field Athlete-of-the-Week award with his two goals and one assist in the team's two conference wins. Lebbi took nine shots, five of which were on goal.
