Vermilion Community College heads to Worthington, Minnesota to take on Minnesota West CTC in a Friday feature game in MCAC football. Kickoff is set for 6pm. 

The trek from Ely to Worthington is one of the longest trips in the Minnesota College Athletic Conference and the Ironmen will be hoping to close out their 2018 season with a road win, while the MnWest BlueJays are hitting the game field for the first time since Saturday, October 6, when they fell to Northland CTC, 56-36.  VCC is 1-1 in their last two contests, beating FDLTCC 41-40 two weeks ago but falling 36-14 to Mesabi Range last week in their final Eastern Division contest of 2018.  Minnesota West currently sits at 2-4 overall and 1-3 in the Western Division.
