In a game played at Sea Foam Stadium on the campus of Concordia University - St. Paul, the men's soccer team at Anoka-Ramsey Community College fell to an unbeaten Triton College side, 3-1. With the loss in the District semi-final, the Golden Ram's season concludes at 7-8-3 overall and with a Region XIII championship under their belt. Triton College advances to the District C finals in Dallas, Texas, on Saturday, 28th, 2017.
The women's soccer team of Anoka-Ramsey remains in the post-season hunt in the NJCAA playoffs; the Golden Rams will face Madison College (14-1-2) on Saturday, October 28 in the NJCAA District D Tournament Championship. Anoka-Ramsey defeated Rochester CTC, 12-1, to claim the Region XIII title earlier this month and will face with the Madison College WolfPack for the first time in the history of the two schools. Kickoff is at 4:00 p.m. on the campus of the University of Northwestern and UNW Stadium in St. Paul, Minnesota.
The winner advances to the NJCAA Division III Women's Soccer Championship in Dryden, New York in November.
