The NJCAA Region XIIIA softball regional tournament, featuring four MCAC South programs, concluded it's first-round of action at St. Cloud Technical and Community College yesterday.  The games held at River's Edge Park in St. Cloud, resulted in the following scores: 

Anoka-Ramsey defeated, M-State Fergus Falls, 10-1. 

SCTCC defeated Minnesota West, 12-1 (5 Innings)

M-State Fergus Falls defeated Minnesota West, 8-7 

SCTCC defeated Anoka-Ramsey, 4-0. 

In action Friday, May 12th,  Anoka-Ramsey will face M-State Fergus Falls at 10am.  The winner advances to the championship round, where they will have to defeat St. Cloud Technical and Community College twice.  The Cyclones can win the title with a single victory over either the Rams or Spartans in the Noon game, following the ARCC vs. M State match-up.
