Four teams from the Minnesota College Athletic Conference continue to maintain places in the NJCAA Division III Softball national poll released on April 17.
Southern Division power Anoka-Ramsey Community College leads the way for the MCAC, sitting at #5, with Northern Division Itasca Community College commanding the #7 spot. St. Cloud Technical and Community College is one spot back of ICC at #8, while Central Lakes College rounds out the Top Ten at #10.
While a recent spate of snow has impacted many of the MCAC softball teams so far this spring, a handful of Northern Division teams will head to Thief River Falls this weekend to compete at Northland Community & Technical College. With a snow-free field and forecasted weekend temperatures set to eclipse the 60-degree mark, squads hope to catch up on Conference games over the course of April 21-22.
