Week Two WOW goes to RCTC's Brossard

As wrestling programs in the Minnesota College Athletic Conference continue their seasons this past weekend, one of the top performers has been tabbed the Wrestler-of-the-Week (WOW) in the MCAC Wrestling ranks. 

The Minnesota College Athletic Conference recognizes an athlete each week in Wrestling; each week, beginning Friday, 11/8, with MCAC honors posted on Facebook and Twitter and the MCAC Wrestling page at: https://www.mcacsports.org/sports/wrest/index

For week two, Seth Brossard of RCTC picks up the WOW honor, the second Yellowjacket in as many weeks.   Brossard 4-1 at the Dakota Wesleyan Open placing 2nd  overall and is currently 8-2 on the year.   All four wins came over athtetes from four-year colleges.

Quarterfinal - Seth Brossard (Rochester Community & Tech. College) won by fall over Kevin Bostwick (Southwest Minnesota State) (Fall 3:00)

Semifinal - Seth Brossard (Rochester Community & Tech. College) won by decision over Andrew Null (Northwestern (Iowa) (Dec 9-5)

1st Place Match - Cade Mueller (Augustana (SD)) won by decision over Seth Brossard (Rochester Community & Tech. College) (Dec 6-2)
