The 2019 volleyball season in the Minnesota College Athletic Conference has produced the Week One MCAC Athletes-of-the-Week.   Adidas, the United States Marine Corps and Nicklasson Athletic Company sponsor the MCAC Athlete-of-the-Week awards, and proudly honor the following student-athletes for their performances this past week on behalf of their teams.

The Performance: 

In four wins for RCTC at the MCAC Crossover, Rutledge notched 66 kills... her performance was a 5.50 kills per set average... she also had nine ace serves and registered 3.08 digs per set.

 The Performance: 

At the MCAC Crossover Tournament,  Kamryn led the Cyclones with a total of 40 kills as SCTCC went 3-1 to start the year... D'Heilly had a .444 hitting percentage, along with 13 blocks for her team.

The Performance: 

Bailey Marty was in double-digits for digs in each of her team's four matches at the MCAC Crossover, including a match-high of 21 against Mesabi Range...Marty compiled 71 total digs for the Spartans...her digs-per-set mark was a 5.07 for the weekend

The Performance:

Ported logged 16 sets played at the MCAC Crossover for Central Lakes...  Porter averaged 6.06 assists per set, including a tournament-high 43 assists in a five-set battle with M State-Fergus Falls. She also racked up four service aces and 18 digs for the Raiders.
