The 2019 volleyball campaign is in full swing in the Minnesota College Athletic Conference and the Week Six MCAC Athletes-of-the-Week have been named. 

Adidas, the United States Marine Corps and Nicklasson Athletic Company sponsor the MCAC Athlete-of-the-Week awards, and proudly honor the following student-athletes for their performances this past week on behalf of their teams.

The Performance: 

Paige Serbus earned 14 kills hitting also delivering a .303 average.. the sophomore from Olivia, Minnesota ran the Cyclone offense, generating 48 set assists, 5 service aces and 22 digs for SCTCC

The Performance:

This past week Isabella Mattila contributed 32 Kills (4.57 Avg.), and 6 blocks (0.86 Avg.) to the Mesabi Range effort... Mattila notched a .356 hitting percentage... vs. Vermilion, the Virginia, Minnesota freshman had 18 kills and four blocks to aid the Norse to a 3-1 victory.

Mt. Iron product Madisen Overbye provided Mesabi Range College with stellar defensive work this past week... the freshman tallied 21 digs (3.0 Avg.) and 3 blocks (.43 Avg.) in MCAC Northern Division action...

The Performance:

Central Lakes College sophomore Kylie Porter helped the Raiders knock off Rainy River in MCAC Northern Divsion action... in three sets of work, the Pierz, Minnesota product had 34 assists, good for a 11.33/set average...Porter also notched five digs and an ace on the day...
