RCTC Claims 2023 MCAC Wrestling Duals Championship

The Minnesota College Athletic Conference (MCAC) wrestling programs competed in the 2023 MCAC Wrestling Duals on Saturday at Minnesota West Community & Technical College in Worthington, MN. 

Rochester Community and Technical College claimed the championship after defeating Minnesota North - Itasca 29-12, Minnesota West 39-12, and Ridgewater 37-8.

Minnesota North College - Itasca took 2nd place with a win over Ridgewater 33-22 and Minnesota West 53-6.

Ridgewater College and Minnesota West Community & Technical College finished in 3rd and 4th place respectively after Ridgewater defeated Minnesota West 34-3 in their head-to-head matchup.  

Northland Community and Technical College did not attend the team competition. 

All MCAC wrestling teams will see each other again at the MCAC/Region 13/North Plains District Championships on February 19 at Northland Community & Technical College.
