A handful of fall sport programs in the Minnesota College Athletic Conference will have new faces roaming the sidelines when the football and soccer seasons kick off next year. Staff changes were announced recently at RCTC, Fond du Lac Tribal & Community College and North Dakota State College of Science.
In football, MCAC programs North Dakota State College of Science and Fond du Lac Tribal & Community College will have first-year mentors wearing the headset. On the other side of Minnesota, FDLTCC will be led by Davin DePoe, a former U.S. paratrooper and Iraqi War veteran. At Rochester Community & Technical College, long-standing veteran head coach Deb Hare stepped down from the Yellowjackets in December. This February, RCTC announced that Bryan Weiss, a local coach with strong community ties, has been named as Hare's successor.
