MCAC Clay Target Divisions Announced; First Scores To Be Posted Saturday

Rochester, MN-

The two divisions for the first Minnesota College Athletic Conference clay target season have been set by USA Clay Target and teams are wrapping up their first week of competition.  

Conferences are determined by team sizes. The True Team # assigned to each division are the number of athlete's scores used for each team to determine True Team® scoring points earned each week.             

The Western Division is comprised of four schools; Lake Region State College, Minnesota West CTC, Pine Technical & Community College and Northland CTC will compete against each other over the course of the season.  

The Eastern Division shall include Hibbing Community College, Itasca Community College, Lake Superior College, Southwest Wisconsin Technical College and Vermilion Community College.  

Both Division's shall post weekly scores, have athletes honored for weekly performances throughout September and early October.   

On Tuesday, October 16, teams from around the MCAC will converge on Grand Rapids, Minnesota for the 2018 Clay Target Championship.
