Yellowjacket Earns first POW honor for 2017-18

In early November, a handful of Southern Division  programs took to the court in season opening tournaments, yielding the first MCAC Player-of-the-Week in the Southern Division.

Sophomore Nautika Kotero of Rochester Community & Technical College took home Player-of-the-Week honors for her performance against Milwaukee Area Technical College to open the 2017-18 Yellowjacket season.   Kotero had 19 points and six rebounds against MATC, while picking up a steal and five assists. Kotero excelled from the foul line, going a perfect 5-5 on the evening and was 7-17 from the field.
