Northland to Host MCAC Wrestling Team Duals on Sunday

The 2023-24 MCAC Wrestling Team Duals will be held on Sunday, January 7 at Northland Community and Technical College. Weigh-ins begin at 8:00 AM with competition to begin at 10:00 AM.

Five MCAC teams will compete for the championship this year. Minnesota North College - Itasca, Minnesota West Community & Technical College, Northland Community & Technical College, Ridgewater College, and Rochester Community & Technical College will wrestle in a dual format to determine the MCAC Champion. Rochester won the 2022-23 Duals.

This year's order of dual competitions is listed below:

Round 1 - RCTC vs. MN West, Itasca vs. Ridgewater, Northland bye

Round 2 - Northland vs. MN West, RCTC vs. Itasca, Ridgewater bye

Round 3 - Northland vs. RCTC, MN West vs Ridgewater, ICC bye

Round 4 - Northland vs. Ridgewater, ICC vs MN West, RCTC bye

Round 5 - Northland vs. Itasca, Ridgewater vs. RCTC, MN West bye
