Busy Weekend In MCAC Softball

With warm temperatures and good playing conditions emerging over most of Minnesota, the MCAC softball schedule heads into full swing over the weekend of April 7-8-9.

In the Southern Division, 12-10 Anoka-Ramsey will host Central Lakes College in a double-header on Saturday, April 8th.  The Golden Rams may have eye looking around the corner, however, as another key twinbill against St. Cloud Tech looms on Tuesday, April. 11th.  Minnesota State Fergus Falls will travel to Ridgewater College for games on Friday and then return home to host Minnesota West in key South match-ups.

In the North, Division-leader Rainy River will put their 10-9 overall record on the line as they travel to Grand Rapids to take on Central Lakes at the Bill McBride Invitational.  Itasca will host non-conference Dakota College and Mesabi Range will tangle with Hibbing in an important double-header, as will Vermilion. Northland CTC will also take on Dakota College as a part of the busy weekend.
