Rainy River Athlete Runs and Bats Way to National Player-of-the-Week

Rochester, Mn:

No matter whether he was on the basepaths or at the plate, Rainy River infielder Raheem Hasan was generating offense for his Voyager squad.

The sophomore infielder stole 6 bases, drove in 10 runs and hit an amazing .923 in a four-game weekend series against MCAC foe Western Technical College. The Ohio product topped off his amazing four game performance with a home run, to boot.  Rainy River will hope the hot bat and quick feet continue, as they head into the heart of the Minnesota College Athletic Conference schedule in late April.
