Describe the gym details. Does the gym have bleachers on both sides, sides and ends, only one side? *
Will you have live stream broadcasts for all games of the tournament? Describe the set up for those broadcasts. *
Example: live stream will be done from crows nest located against the east wall at center court, live stream will be done from first row of the bleachers, etc.
Does your gym have hard line telephone and internet capabilities for radio broadcasts? Describe the location available for radio broadcasts. *
Example: space for 2 radio broadcasts at scorer's table; radio broadcasts will be done from bleachers; etc.
Does the main scoreboard in your gym list player stats during the game? *

Describe the locker rooms available for use during the tournament. *
Example: 4 large locker rooms with showers, lockers, whiteboard, and game clock are available; 2 locker rooms are available so teams will need to take personal belongings to their benches; etc.
Will there be classrooms available for team meetings? If so, please describe location and availability. *
Example: There will be 2 classrooms available next to the gym for use during halftime by the competing teams only; etc.
Will there be a separate locker room for officials? Please describe. *
A certified athletic trainer is required to be provided for the duration of the tournament per NJCAA rules. Will a trainer be hired for the tournament (list the provider) or does the college already employ one who will be available for all tournament contests? *
Please describe training room facilities and services that will be provided. *
Example: Training room will be open throughout the tournament; students will need to see trainer in the gym; all supplies will be provided; each team will bring their own supplies; no modalities will be available; e-stim and ultrasound will be available between 8-10 AM; etc.
Will a concession stand be open and fully stocked during the duration of the tournament? *

Example: The local high school is located across the street and their gym will be open for warm-ups; host site has multipurpose facility for shoot-arounds and warm-ups; etc.
