Reetz Wrestles Way to Weekly MCAC Honor

Rochester, MN-

Itasca Community College freshman Tanner Reetz has been chosen as the MCAC Wrestler-of-the-Week for week three. The Frazee, Mn native finished third at 133 pounds in the gold division of the Auggie Adidas Open on Saturday, Nov. 18, posting a 3-1 record with a fall and a major decision among his bonus point victories. In the third place match, Reetz won by 8-5 decision over Noah Becker of St. John's University, who is currently ranked ninth in NCAA Division III. 

 
Also posting a 3-1 record in the gold division at Augsburg to earn an honorable mention for MCAC Wrestler of the Week for week three is Mark Voss of Ridgewater College. Voss rebounded from a 12-10 sudden victory loss to Kyle Rathman of Minnesota State University Mankato in the opening round of the tournament to win three consecutive matches and secure a fifth place finish.
